For Nursing Care, Rehab, Residential
Care and Assisted Living, the HTS Clinical software provides for
Face Sheets, ICD9 Diagnosis coding, Physician Orders, Medication and
Treatment Sheets with NDC medication coding; MDS processing and
submission; RAP Summary and RAP-driven Care Plans and I Care Plans; Medicare PPS and
Medicaid Case Mix Calculation; Quality Indicators (QI), Quality
Assurance (QA), and CMS Survey Reporting.
We will provide MDS 3.0 software that meets the CMS 10/1/2010
deadline.
Our MDS software includes MDS Data Logic Checking, which can also
be used in facilities that complete the MDS through other vendors' MDS
software.
The HTS MDS software interfaces to the
Resource Systems CareTracker™ touch screen software. Observations
recorded through CareTracker are converted to MDS responses that
automatically complete sections of the MDS.
E-MAR (Electronic Medication
Administration Records) can be integrated with the Clinical Records
Systems.
The Rehab Therapy Time allows therapists to record therapy time
immediately after a session with a patient. It interfaces with the
Resident Billing System to create charge records and accesses HCPC-coded
therapies in the Medicare B fee schedule. It also analyzes the time
recorded for all MDS look-back days to recommend optimum start dates,
and provides therapy minutes to Medicare A MDS records to automatically
complete Section P1b Therapies.
The Respiratory Therapy Time System creates therapy schedules from
your procedure library. Record times per shift and high/low reading
ranges to meet the resident's needs. Print exception reports to list
out-of-range readings, Did Not Occurs, comments and below shift
minimums. Print detail and summary reports by hour therapist, time, and
costs.
The Resident Billing and Accounting software is used in both on-site and central
office billing environments. The software supports Medicaid, Medicare A
and B, commercial insurance, and private billing, as well as 1500
Billing in the HIPAA-compliant 837 format. It includes census
tracking, resident referrals and resident trust accounting.
Our General Accounting software includes Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll and Fixed
Assets.
Human Resources integrates with the HTS Payroll System
We provide interfaces to several other vendors' therapy and medical
supply charge systems, and time clocks.
HTS applications are HIPAA compliant.
