If you bill MaineCare for client or resident charges, and you do not need a full Accounts Receivable System, our Electronic Billing by Exception (XB) application will meet your needs.

Build a short face sheet for each client or resident.
Create billing records for each MaineCare recipient.
Bill for on-going, monthly charges and for other charges, such as therapy.
Bill for previous months by date range.
Let the system create your claims in the electronic format approved by MaineCare.
Speed your cash flow by submitting the file electronically using state-approved methods.
Print claim reports and/or paper bills for your files.

The affordable monthly fee covers installation, on-site training and program updates, issued when necessary, to maintain compliance with MaineCare billing requirements.

Telephone support is available, at no additional cost, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

The system requires Windows 2000, XP or Vista, an internet connection and a printer.
For best results, Hi-Tech recommends a high speed internet connection and a laser printer.
