Build a library that includes all procedures that you provide.
Define standard minutes, required or optional readings, and minimum times to be performed per shift.
Create a therapy schedule for each of your patients. Select procedures from the library.
Edit the times per shift and the low/high reading ranges to meet resident’s needs.
Compare current and most recent readings. View up to 50 previous readings per procedure.
Record procedures that did not occur (DNO); add a comment on reason not performed.
Record additional comments on readings and procedures.
Print exception report by shift. List out of ranges (OORs), DNOs, comments, and below shift minimums.
Print Summary and Detail reports by therapist, patient, date range, etc. (See samples below.)
Detail reports include procedures by the hour, therapist’s initials, and comments for OORs.
Summary Reports provide total time and average labor costs within the specified date range.
Record by touch screen or by keyboard and mouse.
Feel secure with full password protection, phone support and on-site training.
