Our experience in transferring 40 facilities from old software to the new Hi-Tech Software was a difficult transition and would be no matter what product we chose. HTS staff has been very proficient in assisting in this transition and has been more than accommodating to make changes as we request. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the skilled nursing industry has been remarkable. The customer service and Webinar training is the best I've experienced with any software provider. We are already seeing a difference in the time we're saving by using HTS so that we can focus on other issues. GoToAssist Survey LogsOur Phone Support Staff can use GoToAssist (GTA) to connect directly to a clients' system, allowing us to provide extremely effective support. After a GTA session, the client has the opportunity to rate the support experience and provide personal comments. The GTA survey logs yield consistently high ratings for our assistance. Over a recent five month period, our average rating was 96.54% for positive experiences, 3.46 % neutral, and no negative ratings.
