GoToAssist Survey Logs

Our Phone Support Staff can use GoToAssist (GTA) to connect directly to a clients' system, allowing us to provide extremely effective support. After a GTA session, the client has the opportunity to rate the support experience and provide personal comments.

The GTA survey logs yield consistently high ratings for our assistance. Over a recent five month period, our average rating was 96.54% for positive experiences, 3.46 % neutral, and no negative ratings.
