Claire joined Hi-Tech in December 1991, bringing with her 15 years of experience in computerized accounting, management, and training.

Claire has been involved in the installation and training of most Hi-Tech applications, including Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Medicare and Medicaid Billing, Clinical applications and the IMAR (electronic medication administration) system.

Claire also presents training Webinars, provides customer support and does in-house software testing. She attends industry trainings to stay up to date with the ongoing changes in long-term care.
