Marti McFadden:

Marti came to Hi-Tech in February of 1989. Previously, she had worked in the computer industry since 1980, writing about the use of computers.

At Hi-Tech, Marti writes the Update Memos and Users' Instructions Manuals for the Hi-Tech applications. She also edits the newsletter and monthly Hi-Tech Hi-Five, assists with marketing, and keeps the website up to date.

Marti graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1977 with a BA in American Studies. She has continued self-directed education in business topics, computer technology, digital imaging and art.

Marti likes to read, take long walks, and do yoga. She sings in a church choir and ushers at the Lakewood Theater during the summer season. She lives in Skowhegan with her husband and their 3-legged cat. She enjoys visiting with her two adult daughters.
