Rachael Murphy:
Client Support Manager

Before joining Hi-Tech in 2001, Rachael worked as a bookkeeper for one of our clients, so she came to Hi-Tech with valuable experience in the Hi-Tech applications.

As the Client Support Manager, she is head of our Support Team and responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the Support Department.

Rachael received her Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting in 1999 from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine.

A native of Central Maine, she resides in Fairfield, with her husband, Mark, their two sons, and their dogs. Rachael enjoys summer-time activities such as camping, hiking, boating, or riding ATV’s. In her spare time you’ll find her curled up with a book.
