About your Account Number and Access Code

  • Your Account Number and Access Code are case-sensitive.
  • Hi-Tech emails our Update Contacts when it is time to download an update.
  • To access Downloads and Updates, you must enter the Account Number and Access Code assigned to you by Hi-Tech Software.
  • We issue these codes to authorized Update Contacts who will download and install our updates at your facility.
  • To become or change your facility’s authorized Update Contact, call Hi-Tech at (207) 474-7122 and request authorization. Hi-Tech will provide the codes when we confirm authorization.
