Because our systems are modular, you can use applications in various configurations:

• Implement a fully integrated Clinical (EMR) and Financial operations.
• Begin with one or two applications and add modules when ready to increase efficiency.

The following are a few examples of how different facilities implement our applications:

Small Independent Facility:

• Integrate Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) from Nursing and Residential Care with Resident Accounting/Billing and Resident Trust Accounting.
• Use General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• Integrate Payroll with Human Resources and a Time Clock interface
• Use Outstanding Checklist to reconcile checks issued through Accounts Payable, Payroll and Resident Trust Accounting.

A 41-Facility Group with a Central Office:

• The central office uses Resident Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources, Outstanding Checklist and Fixed Assets. The central office performs accounting operations for all the facilities.
• Each facility uses our Clinical Records Systems, Resident Trust Accounting, Resident Referral, and Rehab and Respiratory Therapy Systems.
