Rehab Therapy Reporting

Print and review therapy records:

  • Daily Therapy Time: therapy minutes translated into billing units and charges. Print different levels of detail for managers vs. therapists.
  • Documentation Record: per resident, a one-month daily grid of therapy provided and therapists who provided the services. Therapists can verify and sign the signature page.
  • Medicare MDS Schedule:
    • Lists therapy minutes recorded for each day within the observation period and the grace days.
    • Lists the therapy minutes for all look-back days in the observation period.
    • Provides the total number of therapy minutes that could be reported on the MDS for each of the days within the observation period, including grace days.
    • Recommends an Optimum MDS Start Date for maximizing RUG categories.
  • Case Mix MDS Review: Lists therapy details for non-Medicare A residents.
Use this report to help manage your State case mix average by identifying residents who have had recent therapy that could warrant an early quarterly or a significant change assessment that could raise their case mix scores.
  • Medicare B Statistics: Track the PT, OT and ST therapy caps by resident.
List residents who have exceeded the therapy caps or those within 10% of the cap.
  • Medicare B Data: Lists details for non-skilled residents who have Part B coverage for therapies.
  • Notes: Record additional details about a session.
  • Monthly Summary: For each patient, print a one-month, daily grid of recorded therapy, evaluation minutes, and the therapists’ initials.
  • Rehab Register: Print and review in the Resident Accounting System before you create Rehab Charges.
