Track New Referrals
- Create a referral record for each potential resident.
- Gather personal and demographic data including referral sources, current address, contacts, level of care, payers and gender.
- Record notes in sentence and paragraph format to capture additional information on the prospective resident.
- Print the Referral Face Sheet.
- If you admit a referred resident, import the referral record to the resident’s Face Sheet Record to begin building the resident’s electronic medical record.
- For use in future marketing, record the reasons for not admitting an individual.
