Skilled Long Term Care EMR
Our Clinical Records System for Nursing Care is designed for Skilled and Long Term Care facilities that provide professional level nursing services.
In addition to the comprehensive Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for each resident, the Nursing Care system provides MDS 3.0 processing that schedules, records, prints and submits MDS records for each resident.
The system uses MDS information to accomplish the following:
- Determine Care Area Triggers (CATs) and generate electronic Care Area Assessments (CAA) Resource Worksheets
- Calculate RUGs and Case Mix scores
- Determine Quality Indicators
- Print CMS Survey Reports
The Clinical Records System for Nursing Care shares many EMR features with the Clinical Records System for Residential Care and Assisted Living. Facilities that provide multiple levels of care can integrate these two systems.
