Reporting

  • Print Detail and Summary Asset Lists:
    • Detail: Full descriptions of each asset.
      Provide to your accountant at year end.
    • Summary: Asset ID, Description, Department and Purchase Date.
  • Before updating depreciation, review the Monthly Depreciation Report to verify accuracy of Fixed Asset Records.
  • Create an ASCII file for your accountant or for other uses.
  • Create a text or comma-separated file that can be imported into a spreadsheet.
