General Ledger
The General Ledger integrates with other Hi-Tech Software long term care financial and accounting applications:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Fixed Assets
The General Ledger features the following:
- 12-character, alphanumeric account numbers
- Account activity maintained for 12 months or 13 accounting periods
- Budgeting with historical comparisons
- Consolidation of accounts into company, division and department levels
with the ability to “drill down” level by level to reach specific journal entries - Instant YTD inquiry into any GL account and detail transactions
- Standard Financial Statements
- HUD specialized reports
- Report Writer that allows you to customize statements and reports and create new reports
Condensed General Ledger
- A Central office can maintain the full General Ledger and produce financial statements for multiple facilities.
- Individual facilities in a the group use the Condensed GL to create the journal entries from activity recorded through Resident Accounting, Accounts Payable and/or Payroll.
Each facility transfers their journal entry file to the Central Office for posting.
