Budget for Long Term Care

  • Maintain and view current, next and prior year budgets for each account.
  • Use the standard allocation methods:
    Individual period, 1/12 Spread, Last Year’s Average, Stat Account, Last Year’s Stat Accounts.
  • Copy current budget to next year.
  • Distribute budget information to individual departments.
  • Compare historical budgets.
  • Import and export budget information to and from spreadsheets.
  • Use the budget worksheets and reports provided with the System.
  • Report on actual costs vs. budgeted costs, budget variances and trends.
