Current Employees

The comprehensive HR Employee Profile gives you access to the following details from one screen.

  • Demographics: Identification, contact information, hire and rehire dates, seniority date.
  • Position: Departments worked, position code, skill code, manager, worker’s comp code. You can link Position codes to minimum education requirements.
  • Payroll: Wage, benefits, skill codes and tax information. If integrated with the Hi-Tech Payroll System, HR and Payroll will share this information.
  • Benefit Time: Vacation, Personal and Sick time accrual rates and balances, and comp time balance.
  • Insurance: Each of the employee’s insurances offered by the employer.
    Maintain details on health, dental, disability and other types of insurance.
  • Licensing: Up to six different licenses, the types defined by the facility. Record certificate numbers and expiration dates. Indicate that a copy is on file, and who verified the license.
  • Vehicle: Up to four vehicles driven by employee. Record vehicle descriptions, plate numbers, parking permit numbers, insurance, registration, inspection and licensing information. Indicate that a copy of the insurance card is on file.
  • Questionnaire: Record questions and answers specific to the facility or employee, such as a summer address.
  • Documents from other sources: Scan or save documents in other formats and save them in the employee’s electronic file so you can view and print them when necessary. Indicate that a copy of the employee’s Social Security card is on file.
  • Emergency Contacts: Record two emergency contacts, the employee’s physician, and comments about the employee’s health.
  • Notes: Record information that is not requested in other areas of the record. Create a library of standard Notes used in your facility, pull the Note into an employee’s record, and edit with additional details.
  • History: View a history of the employee’s wages, education, absences, injuries, disciplinary action, inoculations, recognitions and benefit time.
  • Separation: Record the details of the employee’s termination.
    Print a Separation form that can be signed and given to the employee.
