Outstanding Check List

Hi-Tech provides the Outstanding Check List application with Accounts Payable, Payroll and Resident Trust Accounting. Posting checks in any of these applications also posts the checks to the Outstanding Check List, so you can do the following:

• Report and reconcile by source--AP, PR or Trust.
• Report and reconcile by General Ledger cash accounts.
• Distinguish Manual (pre-paid) checks from Regular (system printed) checks.
• Cancel checks as a range of numbers, or by individual check number.
• Import cancelled checks from the bank to automatically cancel cleared checks.
• Reactivate checks that have been canceled in error.
