Review and Edit Check File

  • Automatically capture check details from the AP, Payroll and Trust Systems.
  • Enter detail for a check that was manually written.
  • Distinguish Manual (pre-paid) checks from Regular (system printed) checks.
  • Make changes to the checks that are in the system.
  • Specify the General Ledger Cash Account, if integrated with General Ledger.
  • Flag previously issued checks as “void”.
  • Enter voided checks not yet in the system.
  • Enter voided (ruined) checks to print a complete check register by number.
  • Cancel checks that have cleared the bank.
  • Reactivate checks that were cancelled in error.
  • Cancel all zero dollar checks.
