The Resident Trust Accounting System shares residents’ Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) maintained through the Resident Accounting and Clinical Records Systems, saving you the time of building a Trust record for each resident.

From a resident’s EMR you can do to the following:

• Review a resident’s demographic information.
• Choose the Contact who will receive Trust Statements and Balance Verification letters.
• View Trust Balances.
• View Patient Liability Transfer payments from Resident Accounting.
