Resident Trust Statements

The Trust End of Quarter (EOQ) process reports on the activity in residents’ trust accounts for the quarter.

• Verify Resident Balances to assure that no accounts are out of balance.
• Print and verify trust detail posted during the quarter.
• Print Trust Statements on plain paper or pre-printed forms:
  • Add comments to be printed on each statement.
  • The statement will include the mailing address of the Financial Contact named in the resident’s Electronic Medical Record.
  • Receive a warning if the total trust balance is within 10% of, or is more than, the Trust Surety bond amount.
