Our clients choose to integrate our Clinical Records Systems and EMR with CareTracker to increase RUGs, Case Mix scores and reimbursement to allow for better staffing and patient care.

The interface allows for:

• Demographic information to flow from residents’ electronic medical records in the Hi-Tech systems directly into the resident’s CareTracker record.
• Observations recorded in CareTracker to flow back to the residents' MDS records, reducing the amount of time it takes to research and complete MDS records.

CareTracker uses picture-based screens that require much less reading than text screens, paper forms, and charts.
