Data Conversion

To save you hours of data entry and conversion time, Hi-Tech will build and install much of your data prior to training.

Our trainer can then instruct your staff using your own information.

Our Data Conversion process will provide the following when we install our software:

• Your residents' face sheets
• Your residents' most recent MDS records (obtained from your current software)
• ICD9 Diagnosis codes
• National Drug Codes (NDC) for your residents' medication orders
• A Care Plan Library of problems, goals, and approaches
• Medicaid and Medicare Case Mix groupers and RUGs
• Balances and detail for:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • General Ledger
  • Payroll
