Hi-Tech Software Solutions provides numerous learning opportunities to help you use the many valuable features of our long term care software products.
- Webinars: remain in your facility and receive training over the internet.
Learn more about the Webinar Schedule, Hardware and Software requirements, and How to Register for and Attend a Webinar - Workshops: Attend regional workshops on highly focused topics.
- On-site: schedule a Hi-Tech Trainer to come to your facility and learn with your own records.
- On-line (telephone): schedule a trainer to call you and access your system to lead you through the necessary processes.
- Training at Hi-Tech Software: schedule a time for up to 10 members of your staff to travel to Hi-Tech for uninterrupted training on specific topics.
The Hi-Q Education and Training Plan makes it easy to authorize all of the above forms of training for your staff. Each January you receive Hi-Q points to "purchase" training throughout the year.
On-site training requires 1 point per hour of training, and no charge for travel time.
Phone training and training in the Hi-Tech office require 1/2 point per hour.
