Hi-Q Plan

The Hi-Q Education and Training Plan makes it easy to authorize the training that your staff needs to realize your investment in the Hi-Tech Software Systems.

One affordable monthly fee provides Hi-Q Points, awarded in January of each year, to be used for:

• On-site training.
  Use 1 point for 1 hour of training.
  No charge for travel time. Other travel charges may apply.
• Telephone appointments.
  Use ½ point for one hour of training.
• Training at Hi-Tech Software Solutions for up to six members of your staff.
  Use ½ point for one hour of training.
• Free Webinars on a variety of topics on multiple days and times.
• Free Regional workshops throughout the year on focused topics. 

Your current number of points is printed on your monthly invoice, and you can call Hi-Tech Support to learn how many points you have.
NOTE: Unused points carry over for one year.

Results:

• Increased use of the extensive capabilities of the Hi-Tech Software Solutions systems.
• Better, more efficient use will save you time, reduce paper work, and integrate operations currently accomplished through non-integrated Word docs and spreadsheets.
• Increased use and integration leads to more complete records, faster information retrieval, and more informative reporting capabilities.
