On-site or on-line training
Hi-Tech provides individualized training using your facility’s records.
Call Hi-Tech Software Solutions to schedule the following types of training.
On-site Training: a Hi-Tech Software trainer comes to your facility.
- The training schedule depends on the application, but typically consists of more than one visit with enough time in between for you to use what you've learned before you learn new material.
- Our trainers will come back as often as you need them, and you can schedule training for new members of your staff, as well as "refresher" training.
- Use 1 Hi-Q* point for each hour of training. There is no additional charge for travel time. Other travel charges may apply.
On-line (Telephone) Training:
- Schedule a telephone appointment with a Hi-Tech Trainer when you need some personal attention, but you do not need a Hi-Tech trainer on-site.
- Using live, remote assistance, the trainer can access your system and help you select programs and complete required information on a screen.
- Use ½ of a Hi-Q* point for each hour of training.
Training at Hi-Tech Software Solutions in Skowhegan, Maine
- Up to 10 members of your staff can travel to the Hi-Tech to learn about topics that you choose.
- Learn in a focused environment where you will not be interrupted.
- Use ½ of a Hi-Q* point for each hour of training.
*Hi-Q Points are issued through our Hi-Q Education and Training Plan, which makes it easy to authorize training that your staff needs to realize your investment in the Hi-Tech Software Systems.
In January of each year, Hi-Tech Software Solutions provides your facility with a specific number of points that you use throughout the year to obtain the training you need. Unused points carry over for one year.
