On-site Training

After Hi-Tech installs our software and your data, a Hi-Tech Trainer comes to your long term care facility and trains your staff.

The training schedule depends on the application, but typically consists of more than one visit, allowing enough time in between for you to use what you've learned before you learn new material.

After initial training, our Hi-Q Education and Training Plan makes it easy to obtain the ongoining and "refresher" training your staff needs. In January of each year, you receive a specific number of Hi-Q Points based on the number of beds in your facility. You can use these points for training throughout the year, and there are no additional charges for travel time.

Use your points to "pay for" three types of training time:

1. On site in your facility. Each hour required one point.
2. On line via phone and internet connection. Each hour requires 1/2 point.
3. In our Skowhegan office. Each hour requires 1/2 point.
