You can view Users Instructions right from Hi-Tech Software menu while you use our long term care software systems.
- We provide instructions in the industry-standard PDF format, which provides full search capability, making it easy to find what you need.
- We issue changes to the instructions with our regular program updates.
- Authorized update contacts can download current manuals under Clients > Downloads and Updates.
- You can print an entire manual or selected pages if you want a hard-copy of the instructions.
