After Hi-Tech Software builds your files, our Training Staff installs our applications and your data files on your system.

We work with your hardware vendor and State contacts to set up the connections you need for electronic transmission of your MDS records and billing claims.

We work with your third-party vendors and banks to set up the interfaces between our and their systems.


On-Site Training

A Hi-Tech Software trainer comes to your long term care facility and trains your staff using your clinical and financial records.

The training schedule depends on the application and typically consists of several visits with enough time in between for you to use what you have learned before you learn new material.

Our trainers will come back as often as you need them, and you can schedule training for new members of your staff, as well as "refresher" training.
