We issue regular program updates that improve processing and meet changes in state and federal (CMS) regulations.

We post updates to our website so you can have them as soon as they are available.

After posting an update, we email the contact person at your facility who is responsible for downloading Hi-Tech updates. This alerts the contact that an update or enhancement is available.
