Our Phone Support team attempts to respond to your call within 60 minutes, and almost always within two hours of your call.
We respond to calls in the order they are received, and we make urgent calls and new clients a priority.
To assist you, Phone Support:
- Uses GoToAssist™ to connect directly with your system to view your situation and make immediate adjustments.
- Works directly with our systems analysts and programmers, who can help us determine the best response to an issue.
- Works with your IT department and hardware vendor to keep your system up and running.
- Tracks frequently asked questions (FAQs) and common issues so we can:
- Publish responses in our monthly Hi-Tech Hi-Five and quarterly newsletters.
- Write instructions that we can email to you for future reference.
- Anticipates your needs with operations checklists for end-of-year processing.
- Devotes full manpower to phone support during busy times of the year.
